Due to the nature of the bags, we do accept returns at this time unless an item is defective at the time of shipping. If a zipper has an oops, please contact us with an image of the bag and zipper and we will see if we can work some magic on your special pouch/bag.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, you will receive a flat rate fee for your items depending on where you live in the world. All US Domestic orders will be shipped priority mail.
